Review on iTrac IMS by Ben Balas

Everything! It has all of our employees' contact info as well their payroll data which makes it easy for us when we need them in case something goes wrong with pay or benefits etc.. If you have any questions just ask someone at iTrac support- they are always willing & able help out!! There really isn't anything bad about this system from my perspective but if there was one thing then maybe some more options would be nice like adding other types than only Payroll/Benefits tracking such as Health Insurance Benefits / Medical Records Management? Other companies use different systems so having everything right here helps keep everyone organized especially during busy times where things can get hectic around holidays time ect... It can be used by multiple users at one time. You don't need any special training for using this software. This makes it very user friendly. We have been able to use this system in our office with ease. There are not many features but they do work well as long you know how to use them. Our main problem has been finding out who did what when we were at lunch or away from our desk. With this program we see all of our employees activities which helps us keep track of everyone's performance.
