Omg. I love this pillow. I did not buy it for pregnancy or breastfeeding. I got it because I had a hysterectomy and needed extra support. I hated the C shaped pregnancy pillow so I was very scared to buy it. I was so wrong! I love this pillow. The side parts are loose, so they can be swapped out or simply removed completely. There's a few inches of fabric where the side bolsters tuck into the headrest bolster so you can slip your hand underneath and not lose feel. It comes with a small support pillow - it's not bad - but I didn't use it much. I also haven't used the strap that holds the pillow together, but maybe once. I'm now 8 weeks post-op and I honestly love this pillow so much I'm keeping it in place of my old pillow.
