32GB Bluetooth 5.0 MP3 Player, 2.4 inch Touchscreen Music Player --- SOLD YC TECH This is in Basically a simple Bluetooth MP3 player. The touchscreen is responsive and large, almost the size of the player itself, accepting taps to make selections and swiping to scan the screen. It is well packaged in manufacturer's packaging. You get everything you need, except for a micro memory card, which you'll be happy to buy from a good store. The battery is lithium and self-contained, it cannot be replaced if that is important to you. But the battery should live a very long time if you don't kill it by charging it through multiple deep discharges. (Don't worry, this applies to all lithium batteries). They claim the batteries need to last many hours to keep the MP3 player going, I get around 8 hours. EVEN LESS when using Bluetooth. This is not a bad comment on this particular player, all mp3 players have that bluetooth that drains the battery. I only mentioned this because I know someone will ask why the battery doesn't work when connected via Bluetooth. The touchscreen reminds me of the touchscreen on a car dashboard, only smaller. You get a rather large target icon that is very responsive to your touch, think mobile. So when you use this device in your car, a backlit screen will appear in front of you while you make your settings and/or decisions. I find it easy enough to set up with one hand. The backlight turns off after you make a selection to save battery power. I haven't found a way to bypass this feature, but pressing the power button turns the backlight back on. I bought this unit specifically for use in my car. These players have made the in-car CD changer disappear, as the amount of music and audiobooks you can store in a micro-memory car is huge in comparison. The screen size is well lit and large for easy sound selection control and can easily be done with one hand. This screen has nice big icons for category selection, the selection is clear enough and the touch area is big enough for precise selection. The touchscreen responds just like your phone screen, fairly easy to understand and very responsive. You can tap to select information or swipe to move information similar to a mobile phone. A big improvement over the old MP3 players of the past. I don't use Bluetooth often but I was able to connect this MP3 player to my Bluetooth speakers without any problems, the sound was as expected, very good. STORAGE It comes with the storage you ordered, mine comes with 32GB internal storage and you can use a micro memory card up to 128GB. Now I will tell you that the more memory cards you have, the more difficult it becomes to find your favorite songs. One way to make finding music easier is to use a smaller memory card. In fact, you have a lot of music on a 16G memory card. LEARN to name your files so the MP3 player can find them. I use a three digit code for a group or album, then the track number and then the name. as much as possible. If you do, you'll thank yourself, especially when you've got 64GB of micro storage stuffed with all sorts of musical fixes. Name the selected items so you can find them and your music collection will be successful with MP3 players. I try not to use the onboard memory because I like the ability to swap out the Micro Memory Card with different types of music or audio. Books. I store some regular music or favorite music in internal memory just to access the music anytime. PLAYLISTS A question I keep asking is will a playlist play? The answer is a cautious "YES, BUT". Fine. Playlists are saved in M3U format. Most, including this MP3 player, do not see this file. It will ask if you want to "create a playlist" BUT it creates playlists from "artist, genre or album, all the information it finds is only related to encrypted music. You can provide this information if you record a song with the recording software. If you don't have this information in your music, the MP3 player will create playlists from what it finds, which isn't much if you're recording a lot of your own music. IF AND WHEN they start reading M3U files these players are really becoming the standard for music output AUDIOBOOKS Who doesn't like good audiobooks especially on long journeys on this player This player supports .aax files for audiobooks To be honest I have them Files never seen before. I convert my audiobooks to .mp3 files and can play all my audiobooks. Conversion programs can be downloaded for free on the internet, for most Easy for people to use and takes you anywhere on your next audiobook adventure. The light weight and size of this MP3 player is a big plus, it can be connected via "AUX", Bluetooth and even has its own little built-in speaker. It has an FM radio that uses the headphone cable as an antenna. It works well when you're close to an FM station, but when you're fairly far away don't expect much. This was a nice feature for city dwellers, but reception can be intermittent in the countryside. I am satisfied with this mp3 player, it is the most popular of the ones I have at the moment. I would recommend this player. I don't know the seller and he didn't offer me money or goods for my random check.210508 1152
