plugged in and laptop starts beeping intermittently or continuously. they are very difficult to manage. a bit clunky - more than OEM. Bought as an OEM travel backup. So I'm sending them now so they can send me another one. I had to buy OEM to save time/hassle. Time Wasted: Chat on Amazon, email on PWR+, send to USPS now, pay freight, send tracking to them to get another one is a waste of time. Billable time wise I've spent 5x the purchase price on it and the PWR assholes are asking me questions like sending laptop volts and amps after I sent them the model and link to the specs. funny.
