Only one thing I don't quite appreciate about these gloves is that they don't insulate as well as I was hoping when I bought them. In moderately cold weather (e.g. mid-20s F) with little or no additional wind chill, it takes about 30 minutes for my hands to start feeling cold for the first time. I haven't used them in the snow yet, but when the snow and ice draw more warmth from the gloves, I expect the first chills to come sooner. Otherwise, they do well and are useful in a variety of scenarios, from gardening to mechanical repairs.
