Confetti won't stick
I wanted to love these confetti balloons but it didn't work. I rubbed the balloons with a towel to create static to stick the confetti to the sides, but this only worked on a quarter of the confetti pieces inside and it only took about 20 minutes for them to pop back up have fallen to the ground. The result was transparent balls with a bunch of confetti at the bottom.
