Same zipper problem! The bag looks nice, the lining is great, but the quality is what I would expect from a $15 china knockout. This is not my first Herschel issue. I have a gym bag with plastic clips that make a squeaky rocking noise when you walk with the bag. I sent a message to Herschel who took 10 days to reply to me. I got tired of waiting and had to pay $15 to fix a $60 4 month bag! Save your money!
