5 out of 50 pieces shattered like glass when hit with a hammer

5 out of 50 is 10% of the fault! Maybe I just got a bad batch. It was one thing for the head to just fall off at the top of the tower, but in my case all 5 shattered into pieces like they were glass. Even with glasses and a long-sleeved shirt, it's no fun being hit in the face and arms by plastic splinters.
