Screw came loose during installation

Bought to fit Nissan. Tighten hand-tight. stuck. I took a socket wrench to tighten it harder. It got to the point where everything was fine. But the bolt that attaches part of the tow hook to part of the license plate came loose. Didn't want to write a review. But two hours later when I had to buy a pair of vises for $20 and my elbow was aching from the force I had to exert on the vise to get it off. I feel I should warn others. DO NOT BUY. waste of time.
