My work laptop comes home every week and they don't provide a decent case so this works for me. Backpack straps are adjustable and comfortable for all sizes. When not in use, the straps are removable and stowed in a zip pocket. The strap also fits in the same bag, although this means the bag will not close when the straps are in use. With that in mind, this bag has four zippered pockets: a padded pocket for a laptop (up to 15.6 inches) and cables, a full-size slim pocket for pens and a notepad, and a smaller pocket for odds and ends and small items. Finishes like a mouse's nylon exterior provides some water resistance. The outer handle is a single strap whether you carry it horizontally or vertically, which is a big plus as you don't have an extra handle protruding from the clear port which is new to laptop cases and requires a portable charger inside to attach a USB-A cable is connected. This makes it easy to charge your tablet or phone without opening your bag and is especially handy at airports. It's a good weight and size and works for me.
