Quality. Spoons for tires from the USA!
So far I've used them to remove some old tires from 16" steel rims without going to the local tire shop. Worked great and had good leverage. My size was about a quarter inch smaller than a full thirty inches because that was fine when I heard another reviewer complain about the length.
