Works damn well. In my opinion

This is the first time I have bought a bread knife. I always use whatever knife I have on hand to cut bread. Well, I like the Chicago style of Publix bread. And it's quite a crusty bread, so the knives I had ripped the bread as I sliced it. So I wanted to buy something specifically for slicing bread. That works great. I've never had a $100 bread knife so can't say if it's that good lol. All I can tell you is cuts without tearing the bread into nice, even slices. What else would you like?
