Review on Syma X9 Flying Quadcopter Car: Remote Control with Battery in Matte Black & Yellow Flames by Ahmed Rowe

Got this for my 5 year old son as a Christmas present and even he says "the elves didn't do it very well". The product is cheap. made of cheap and fragile material. It only works half the time - even with fresh and fully charged batteries - and no one can guess when it will fly, drive or do neither. The design is terrible too. Well-made aviators have a ring around the blades to protect hands, faces, etc. These blades will stab (i.e. if you try to walk up to him and grab him so he doesn't bump into something). All in all a pretty terrible product. I think you get what you pay for but I think all the good reviews on this site are misleading. I would love to return it but as it was already badly damaged after falling from the sky due to the controls not working it probably isn't in good condition to return.
