Daughter loves it - size chart may not be up to date

My daughter absolutely loves this outfit. Can't remember what size I chose - size chart (waist etc seemed too big). I was worried it wouldn't fit because based on the waist, chest and hip measurements given, each would be too small for my nine year old. Spring.
