In fact, he did what he was supposed to do - cut his hair! Both bikini attachments and brow trimmers serve their intended purpose. It's also waterproof. The handle is long enough to get where I need it, small enough to fit in small areas, and it won't cut or burn me. The reason I didn't give it five stars is that sometimes you have to go over the area multiple times to catch all the hair and the case is poorly designed making it difficult to close and things fall out easily. But overall a good product.
