I love how easy it is for our customers who are using chatbots to communicate directly with us about customer service or product questions that they have! It's also great knowing we can track every conversation as well, so if there were any issues or concerns from previous interactions, those could be resolved much faster than before - especially considering all of my teammates will receive notifications regarding each interaction too, which makes working together even easier when communicating between multiple team members within one department (such as myself). Sometimes you'll wonder what people say over IM/chat but once we realize where exactly these messages originated from, then its very helpful knowing everything right away without having to wait around until someone logs into an email account etc.
