I wrote a review on the black shoes in this style and gave it five stars. Originally, I ordered these shoes in silver and I started the refund process because I thought the 9.5 I ordered were too big. I wanted a size 9. They were out of stock in the 9 and they wouldn't be available until November. However, the shoes were so stunning; l kept. the 9.5. The reason I am giving the silver a 4 is because when I received the black, each shoe had its own sleeve. No sleeve came with the silver ones and one piece of tissue paper separated each shoe. It's possible these were returned without the sleeves. At least, they were in good condition and still beautiful. Can't wait to order them in gold.
