I like that these perches are made of stainless steel which means they are very easy to clean. I bought two and can buy more. They're expensive, but considering how easy they are to sanitize, it might be worth the extra cost. They have grooves to keep nails from being cut, but I'm not sure how well they fit. They might work, but I have other polished perches in my cage, so I can't attribute the nail care to those perches alone.
