Most surge protectors are universal, but this one outperforms almost everything. Most of them come with short or not long enough cables. The plug cord is very long and the price is for it. Well, let's put it this way. You won't get that deal on this type of line filter at Lowe's or Home Depot. I am very happy with my purchase.
