They are hard plastic, not rubber.
They fit my 2015 Mustang perfectly; However, I don't like two things: 1) It's hard plastic, not rubber. I have some rubber floor mats that came with my 2017 Camry and I really like them. I was expecting the same material but it's just plastic and I'm sure they will break after a while. 2) They have spikes on the underside. I'm assuming the spikes are on the bottom so they don't move, but if they are held in place by 2 clips AND are solid then why do you need the spikes? I'm concerned about what the spikes will do to my carpet in the long run.
