Read recipes and watch videos. Success. It's all about the texture of the cake. Likewise. Works best when the cake is still cold. I love it. This batch is half a cake and took 5 minutes to make. If I were to manually roll that much, I would spend 20 minutes. Just a little dirty. But it works wonders.
