Pros - it's amazingly quiet, in fact my laptop's built-in fan is a little noisy when it's running at full speed, has a good LCD, feels solid on, i like blue lighting and it actually helps keep temperatures down, it kept my laptop at noticeably cooler temps - not a deal breaker but doesn't really look like the picture and not a phone holder verdict - pretty good, actually a cooling pad that really slows down my computers temporarily and I would buy it even at the regular price of $25
