Great tool for managing all aspects

The platform is a great way to manage the entire customer journey. It's easy to use and it has the ability to integrate with other tools. It's a bit expensive, but it's worth it if you're looking to improve your customer experience. I've been able to create a more complete view of the customer journey, and it shows me where I can improve. I can see what each person is doing, and it's easy to find out who is doing what. It's also easy to set reminders to get to tasks, and I can see what tasks I need to complete.

  • Easy access for my team members/managers
  • Can easily add new custom fields (e mail address or phone number)
  • Very helpful analytics reporting that gives insight into how much time we spend in certain areas within our software system.
  • Excellent support from their help desk staff when needed!
