Works great! Easy to install if you have basic computer skills and can follow the on-screen instructions. Leave the installation disc in your computer before and after connecting the USB port (from start to finish) - even if you are prompted to remove all discs. You apparently meant "other" disks, since the installation cannot proceed without the installation disk in the computer. When you're done, you'll need to go to the Network and Sharing Center to log into your wireless network. Right-click the "Stripes" in the lower-right corner of the taskbar to open it. If you have already configured a router, click Connect to network to complete the setup. Much cheaper than an indoor wifi card.
