Not sure about the print quality yet

Not sure about the print quality yet, but I got it today and the bottles are only 2/3 full! Usually when I buy ink from Office Depot, it's full, not partial! I'm not sure if they were meant to be filled like this or if I just got a bad product! I hope the company will get in touch and let me know and then I will update!
