TL;DR: It does the job well and while it's not perfect I would buy it again. This is a good alternative to the surface pen. I'm not an artist but I have a small amount of handwriting and this pen does a pretty good job which I can't say about many other pens I've tried. make me a coffee Also, the lack of a battery indicator is silly. I also press the eraser or the right mouse button too often. I'm sure the eraser button is patented, but it's still a bit annoying. Finally, it would be really nice if the buttons were customizable. Oh, and if the plastic it comes in was recyclable that would be nice too. I use it with a Surface Pro 4, for those who care, and one of the Kensington cases that allow you to open the hinges. I'm not sure how it compares to the Surface Pen in size, but part of the pen holder body is a little tight on this pen and I'm not sure if it's a weird case or a pen. My first one died in less than two months but the Pencilology (seller) came through the clutch with a new one, no payment or return so five stars for the seller.
