Review on Stackable Mobile Tool Box with Wheels - Stalwart 75-3042 in Black, Yellow, and Clear by Phil Kowal

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Better than expected

This toolbox is a lot better than some negative reviewers would like you to believe. As far as I can tell, he's not skinny. Haven't charged it yet, but straight out of the box it's pretty thick plastic. Shouldn't be thin at all. Even for those who say it doesn't match, it does. Read the instructions. There are 4 tabs on the bottom of the top box that need to be pulled out. When it is then folded and you close the latches on the bottom boxes, it also snaps into the top box. The lid of the top box has two compartments that were a bit difficult to open, but when you press the center of the clear plastic case, it opens very easily. I'd rather have a lid that's difficult to open than one that won't stay closed. I didn't buy this for heavy tools, but for a craft/art project box. Crazy boxes that are "designed" to be tinkered with are grossly overpriced. I always choose the equipment box, the tool box, not the craft boxes. Having used it for a few days now I will probably buy another one for my car tools and car wash/wax supplies. Enough space for my random orbital polisher, wax, buffer and detergent.

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • No performance
