Review on Canon ImageFORMULA DR C225 Document Scanner by Marcus Hargrave

I was very happy with this new scanner. When I scanned a two page/multiple page document (my norm) - it was fed from the front, not the back - put pages 6,5,4 etc in the scanner and it will scan and return you 2, 1, 4, 3, 6.5 always wrong scanning and document manipulation. After 50 minutes of talking to Canon tech support - and answering the same submission question over and over again - I just returned it. The technician could have reproduced the same problem and then claimed it wasn't. I simply declined and returned it. I've had a P-215 for almost 10 years and now I need something more powerful. Whoever sent it (Amazon or Canon); it was terrible. A 4x4" tape underneath. The top is barely together. Everything seems fine (the outer box was damaged but there is nothing on the inner (real) box.
