I ordered a light gray cat basket and the color was much darker than the photos. It's almost charcoal. Some people may not mind this, but if you want it to match your silver cat (like me), it won't. Also, it comes folded and sealed in a bag. I opened it within two minutes of the package arriving at my front door and immediately unpacked the cat bed. The folds were quite durable. I've tried rounding the basket and filling it with towels but it's been over a week and the basket is still clumpy and wrinkled. The pros are that it's quite large so if you want to use it to store towels. Four bath towels fit into it. If your cat wants to sleep in it, it will offer some protection. And the material is soft and fabric, not sisal like the photo.
