My son was ecstatic to get this for his birthday, but within ten minutes of driving little plastic cars over it, we noticed that the top layer of "wood" was coming up at the edges on one side. By the time we left to head home, huge chunks were peeling up on both sides. Upon closer inspection, the inner layers were all separating as well. This was all with less than an hour of very gentle play. I'm returning and buying a legitimate brand.
