Review on Watch CASIO Edifice Edifice EFR-526L-1AVUEF by Micha ochowski ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I'm satisfied with it, there are only some small flaws.

I've been wearing this watch for about 2 years now and I love it. Of the pluses, excellent design, I wear them both in everyday life and under a suit for work. Very good glass, I am one of those people who often beat their hands against corners, jambs, iron railings, etc., repeatedly hit glass on metal, I was afraid that I would break it, not a single scratch, the glass remains like new. I really didn’t like the belt, it’s very thick and rough because of this, the skin is covered with varnish (or paint) on top, which, when worn and rubbed against the sleeves, began to wear off in places (it looks terrible), also over time, the outermost layer of the strap (inner) began to burst ( there are many transverse cracks in the outer layer (namely the layer, because there are several of them) of the inner side), the belt does not break because of this and the cracks are not visible. As a result, due to abrasions of the varnish and cracks on the inside, I will change the strap, but not to the original one for obvious reasons. Today the battery has run out (just about the declared 2 years passed), i. E. no questions for her. The watch is waterproof - it's true, I try not to check again and take it off while swimming, but one day I forgot to take it off and jumped into it from the bridge into the river, everything is ok, everything works. Of the minuses, the chronometer hands go astray (although according to reviews this is easily corrected, I have not tried it myself yet). In general, I really like the watch, knowing the cons (rather one, but a fat minus - the strap), I would still buy it (I bought it in 2022 for 5500 in the watch salon (a gift from my wife, so in the salon with fitting).

Pros
  • Design, glass
Cons
  • Strap, chronometer hands get lost (although according to reviews this is easily fixed, I haven’t tried it myself yet)
