I'm in the woods of far northern Wisconsin and have hand warmers and electric socks, as well as traditional chargers like cell phones. It can charge anything and fast. The phone, or whatever you have, regulates the amount of charge, but when it allows for fast charging, it provides power. I have a Motorola Z3 that I plug into a USB-C port for fast charging. Even charging 2 hand warmers, 4 sock batteries and other items, it still delivers all the power you need for fast charging. The device looks good and works perfectly.
