It's a thicker material and doesn't feel like the 'smooth' material which gives the brand that bare and huggable feel. Reminds me of old navy blue leggings (but better). They're thicker and more packable than brightly colored farriers and hold in place damn well. I've always struggled with leggings being on me"fallen". I used to be fat and my legs are HUGE so they pull my leggings down. NOT that brand though! I always wear the drawstring version in case I need to tighten and pull them up. However, they aren't fleece lined, but they are slightly warmer as they are thicker.
