Doesn't work at all - vacuum cleaner

I really didn't want to leave a review as I don't like leaving bad reviews but Revain keeps sending emails asking for a review after I've asked for one for a refund money. Bottom line, it didn't work for me. The app didn't sync and when I tried to use it manually it just didn't work. I'm returning now
