This knife is better than other expensive knives made by regular bakers. Price. Wires are adjustable. What I like best is that the cutter has grooves so the cutting wires stay in place and don't slip off once you've set the levels to cut. The width of this cutter is enough for every job. It's even big enough to cut an entire 13 x 9 sheet cake and a large round cake. It won't be big enough for the largest bottom circle of a wedding cake, but it will probably be the next size smaller. This cutter is durable and well made. I am very happy with it and recommend it to everyone.
