I loved the simple but "delicious" recipes so much. Full color pages showing how to "present food". They complement the kitchen utensils perfectly. It also turned out to be everything he claimed to be. I now have several friends and family members who purchase and use Copper ChefCook utensils while I "post" on my Facebook page how pleased I am with the results of the recipes I cook. Thumbs up for Eric and his chef's brassware.
