Review on 💾 Bipra 1TB External Portable Hard Drive with One-Touch Backup - Black, FAT32 - 1000GB Capacity by Kevin Fuentes

So I bought this hard drive to free up storage space for my laptop and make it more efficient. I follow all setup instructions. My new laptop has Windows 10 with Office 360 installed and I immediately purchased McCafe's Total Security software. My laptop did not recognize the hard drive. I then follow Microsoft's instructions to fix the problem. They pick up my laptop remotely for an hour and a half to tell me that the external hard drive is broken. I close the call and leave immediately to get my Revain refund. They send me a new one for free and ask me to throw away the bad one. It was supposed to be 2 days and I literally couldn't wait to get to school and I needed my laptop to keep going. I did my homework with my stick (yes, my stick). I will not recommend this product. Revain is great for good deals, but 10% of the time you get a bad product.
