This is essentially a cell phone with an ethernet connection. The device doesn't show up as a cellular company hotspot, so your GB limits are much higher. You can use 75GB before your speed may suffer. Still, it takes precedence, so you'll only give up bandwidth if the tower you're on is congested. I installed this in a remote location and it never loses bandwidth. I get 15 to 20 MB per second measured with Speedtest. This device is much cheaper than comparable mobile Wi-Fi access devices.
