I have a 40ft. The RV diesel linkage and the camera system it came with died so I wanted to replace both the auxiliary and factory cameras. All I had before was 1 cam pointed at the hitch and the secondary system was just looking back. I bought this system not only to add side cameras but also to replace the bad ones. It was fairly easy to set up as I only needed access to 12v power for each camera and it was simple and easy to hook up to the power supply on the back. where the old cameras were powered. For the side cameras I drilled holes in fiberglass and ran my pwr. Wire to under dash to 12v and installed monitor to dash where old monitors were. I now have a complete look while driving and a large van absolutely needs that. Great system for serious campers!
