I'm going to throw these $300 headphones out the window. I had the first version of these headphones and they exhausted my patience. You sound great. That's where it stops. Interested in connecting to and switching between more than one device? Forget it. The only reliable way to do this is to disconnect and reconnect every time, or just use it with one device. The online forum directs you to do this via the app. My app is the latest update and its menus do not match those on the Sennheiser website. The combination of different numbers of clicks on the right and left earphones is not intuitive. I don't know how they expect people to remember how many times they press/long press for each function. The case is clearly designed for carrying in your pocket, but the hinge is too fragile. If you put it in your pocket, it will break soon. Most of this package just doesn't work.
