I have previously ordered a screen protector for my S20 and the installation process was fantastic. I was expecting Paper to have something similar, especially since the price was a bit higher. Unfortunately their installation process sucks. I followed this letter and still the screen protector was not exactly centered. Since I'm using a case for my iPad, if the screen protector isn't centered, it will "pull up" meaning I had to manually cut the strips off the screen protector. It does not look good.
