I took everything out of the box and used the twine that came with the machine and tried to pick up a bandage and do it as a test. I have several knitting machines, so I didn't have to learn this subject. Maybe mine was defective, but right after putting it on I noticed the car wasn't moving well. I slide the yarn quickly without even finishing the first full row. I reduced the yarn weight to a yarn that shouldn't have been a problem and didn't give me any trouble on any knitting machine and I still had the same problem. After that I tried spinning it and I couldn't get past needle 15. In general. Of course, at this point I used the thing, ripped the yarn and cut off several pieces of it. and overall it was not in new condition for a return. I took it apart having had experience with it in the past and the two gears that work together to turn the needles had problems - one had snapped so the other wouldn't hold and the other was worn out, as if it had been used for many years. I don't know if I was the cause of these problems in less than 10 minutes of use or if the machine came that way, but now I have a machine that doesn't work and is taking up space because I refuse it so close to it discard date of purchase. and overall it was not in new condition for a return.
