If you have a ceramic grill (Webber) then this is what you must use. It is safe to grill and will not crack or tear. Dip it in water and use it on a hot grill, use some elbow grease and it's clean. It takes a little longer than a bristle brush but is safe to use on this type of grill and also reduces the risk of steel shavings in food. The reason I didn't give that 5 stars is because some of the strands broke off after 8-10 uses leaving practically bristles behind. I'm not worried about my grill, these few slot machines won't do much damage, if at all. I'm not even worried about the steel splinters as the spiral configuration means they don't move like normal bristles. I'm just concerned about durability. If it started breaking after 2 months, I'm sure I won't last more than a year. So, that's great, just keep in mind that it could be an annual edition. Still standing, just playing around a bit.
