I bought this for my girlfriend as she has been playing a lot of games lately and wished she had a controller. When I installed it on the Xbox One controller, there were big gaps on the bottom and sides (in the arm area). In addition to the large gaps, the down button on the d-pad would get stuck when the bezel was attached. "Up", "Left" and "Right" worked fine, but there was no "click" when pressing the "Down" key.
