The problem of the boxed cooler, or rather the fan itself, is that it is not screwed on, but simply snapped into place by a frame with four "pins", there is a tiny gap between the frame and the cooler itself, which leads to vibration and noise that annoyingly creeps into the ears after after the impeller has exceeded 3600 rpm. Solving this problem is quite simple, remove the cooler and put "raw rubber" or something else, resembling chewing gum in viscosity, under each of the "pins".
