He fixed what three different plumbers couldn't fix

There was a 95 percent clog (5% open at bottom with gallons of sulfuric acid) of a 4 inch sewer line right off a tee on a city sewer line. It was 86 feet 9 inches from my cleaning. The three plumbers couldn't even reach it and instead cut off the roots, adding a 45 degree twist 4 feet from the prize. Activity on the line ripped out the mud to clear the blockage but did not clear the blockage. That's 30 years of turning hair, roots, food, fat, water, minerals, crystallized urine, and other unthinkable waste into solid solid rock. At the beginning of the chewing, its tip looked like a bird's nest. I used a $61.50 underwater camera attached to a 100 foot snake (tube not filled with water) to visually monitor my progress as I pulled the drill out a few times. The instructions for this machine are so poorly written (the author doesn't speak English) that I had to watch other manufacturers' U-Tube OS videos to fully understand the process. The forward/reverse switch was wired wrong and forward was reverse and reverse was forward, the markings were reversed (actually the manual mentions reverse wiring direction - great). Reversible only to try to release the tip momentarily if a twisted cord gets stuck or loosens, not to re-insert it into the machine! Use fast forward or rewind at the wrong moment and the cable will quickly twist (you have to be patient). You have to hand feed to put it back in the drum without twisting the cord. An open cage is needed to untangle the coils in the drum (there will be a pretzel in the drum). Some headaches but this machine cleared the blockage, I'm resilient. The key is short hits of a few seconds with block, pull back and long do. Would buy again due to the open cage and did the job without fail (only had to unwind 1/2 dozen times and slowly and methodically wrap it in the holder so it doesn't kink when the power is off (6 hours total). Also used 2 1/2 Clogchopper, which worked great for loosening up anything with 3/8 cord, it cut a hole right in (but never be aggressive when cutting, or 3/8 cord ties knots very quickly.) Again, better than the three expensive plumber with a cheap camera Inspect an open pipe with a camera and find a clog, buy a drill and use a camera to check the progress and then check the pipe for 100% cleanliness If patience isn't your thing, this isn't for you .
