This device is turned off every day. I keep having to reset and re-add

I've only had them for 3 weeks and the camera keeps turning off. I don't know why and I'm tired of having to reset and add over and over again. I do this 3 days in a row, at least twice a day! I really don't understand why it always goes out. I honestly want my money back
