I didn’t know grief with my previous polars, the M430 in conjunction with the H10, I was absolutely happy with them, I was with them for almost a year, not a single glitch or failure. But I wanted more, probably dreamed of Vantage V for almost half a year. To say that I was disappointed is to say nothing. In all forums, people grinded off their languages, discussing the curvature with which the GPS module works. Dear mom, but this is Polar's premium flagship, how could it be put on sale with such an incorrigible joint? The track is laid completely incorrectly, the GPS points are jumping, which is why the clock is God bless him with the track, they cannot correctly display the pace. You run evenly at a pace of 5:30, and on a straight line without interference and clouds, the instant pace can swim from 4:30 to 7:00. Well, how is this even possible with a watch that is positioned as a running watch, and even with a premium prefix? When I bought them, I knew about this problem, but for some reason I decided that it had gone with the firmware, but no, it had not gone anywhere and would not go away. The manufacturer somehow very cleverly hid the antenna in the case, so that it does not see satellites normally from the wrist, and Polar officially (! ) on its website recommends (! ) to run turning the watch to the sky by 90 ° from the wrist. At the same time, how to measure the pulse if there is no bib, for some reason they do not write. Well, they didn’t offer to fasten them on their foreheads. I ran a couple of light workouts in them normally, but after running 15 km, they thought about it and went into reboot. When I tried to enter the training calendar from the clock, they also went into reboot, thanks to which I returned them back to the store, crossed myself (albeit not a believer) when I received the money back and forgot about them like a nightmare. It's a pity that it happened, because. I got used to polar. Flow very much and it completely suited me. The Vantage M has the same problem, the Grit X GPS module is the same, it is not yet clear from the reviews how it works in the end, so I had to give up on Polar for the next couple of years. When you pay almost 500 euros for a fitness tracker, you expect to get something more, so I had to change the platform.
