I know this is for the face but I have recently had stomach and back surgery. I have clumps of scar tissue that need to be massaged daily to break it up, this works incredibly well for that! It hurts so it's small enough to be easily maneuvered and just use when needed until it hurts. Then I can massage well, the ice is so damn good for my stomach that I highly recommend it for OP optics. I will also use it on my face. It was there in 48 hours.
