UPDATE: Got the correct size in and they fit great! Ordered a size S (26) and will add pics soon. Only complaint is the back pockets are a little asymmetrical, but you'd really have to be looking to notice. I'm using these for part of a costume, so it's not an issue for me. The shorts fit me very comfortably, don't cut into me anywhere, could *even* stand to be a bit tighter if that was my preference, but I like just ever so slightly loose jeans and pants, so these were very nice. Sat higher up than the M on me, and still gives me room to sit and bend over, and not feel restricted. Quite happy with the purchase! They'll be perfect for my Misty costume.Original review: Really liked the shorts, but they were entirely too large when I ordered a M (28). I went up a single size, since people say they ran small, and I feel most comfortable in Miss Me jeans in a 27 or 28. But I definitely needed the small. Not knocking stars off for a sizing error, they're comfortable and nice and I'll try exchanging.I have a 25" waist, 36" hips, am 5' 2" and 105 lbs. these ran true to size, even larger than I expected honestly. It sits on my hips like normal pants instead of high-waisted, making the crotch inseam several inches below where mine is, and the thigh circumference is much larger than mine as well. I look forward to trying it on in the correct size!
